Every conversation your twin has is yours to read, and the sqrly app turns them into a weekly picture: what shoppers ask, what the twin recommends, and what ends up in carts and orders.
"This week" on Home
Once your twin has had its first conversation, Home shows a "This week" card covering the last 7 days:
- "Conversations", with the change from the week before.
- "Shopper questions" — every question asked across those conversations.
- "Added to cart" — products added from the twin's product cards.
- "Checkouts started" — conversations where the shopper went on to checkout.
- "Asked most" — the questions shoppers asked most often.
- "Recommended most" — the products the twin showed most often.
- "Added to cart most" — the products shoppers added from the twin most often.
- Helpfulness — the share of answers shoppers rated helpful, with the trend from the week before, and how AI agents rated it, when there are ratings. A button such as "2 answers to improve" leads to the answers rated 👎.
- What your twin learned — how many answers and accepted web findings it gained this week, and how many questions it couldn't answer are waiting for you in Knowledge.
"All conversations" opens the full list.
The Conversations page
At the top are four numbers for the last 7 days: conversations, add-to-carts from the twin, and — depending on whether revenue tracking is on — either checkouts and the cart value when they started, or orders and confirmed revenue.
Below them, "Answers that missed" collects the answers shoppers rated 👎 that you haven't improved yet. See Improve an answer.
"Recent conversations" lists the latest conversations with the shopper's last question, the time and the number of messages. Badges show at a glance what happened:
- "AI agent" or "Expert page" — the conversation came from an AI agent or the "Ask our expert" page. See AI shopping agents.
- 👍 and 👎 — answers in it that were rated.
- "add-to-cart" — how many products were added from the twin.
- "Checkout started" — the shopper went to checkout.
- "Order" — with revenue tracking on, the order number and total.
Click "View" to read the transcript: each message with its time, the product cards the twin showed, ratings with what was missing, and "Improve this answer" under each reply.
Carts, checkouts and confirmed revenue
Without any extra access, sqrly counts what happens in the conversation itself: a product added from one of the twin's cards, and a checkout started after talking to the twin, with the cart's value at that moment. These are carts, not confirmed orders.
For confirmed revenue, click "Show confirmed revenue" under "Want confirmed revenue instead of carts?" and allow sqrly to read orders. Shopify's permission screen lists everything an order can contain, but here is what sqrly actually does:
- When a shopper talks to the twin, their cart gets a small sqrly conversation tag, which Shopify copies onto the order.
- When you open the Conversations page, sqrly looks at your orders from the last 30 days — only each order's number, total, currency and cart tags, no customer details — to find the ones carrying a sqrly tag.
- It keeps only those orders' number, total and currency, linked to the conversation. Nothing is kept about any other order.
The page then shows orders and revenue from sqrly for the last 7 days, with revenue split between your storefront and AI agents, and each order appears in its conversation.
"Was this helpful?"
To learn which answers work without nagging anyone, the twin asks "Was this helpful?" in one conversation in three, once, after a real answer — when it has recommended products, or from the second exchange on. Shoppers tap 👍 or 👎. After a 👎, the twin asks one optional question, "What was missing? (optional)", and the shopper's reply shows up next to the answer in Conversations and in "Answers that missed". The "Ask our expert" page asks the same way, and AI agents can rate an answer through the site tools.
Improve an answer that missed, and the twin uses your version from then on.
