The sqrly digital twin is your store's AI sales agent. It knows every product you sell, what's in stock right now, your current offers, and what you've taught it about your shop. It advises your shoppers the way your best salesperson would — and it answers the AI agents that shop on people's behalf.
On your storefront
Shoppers open the twin from a button in the corner of every page — "Ask our expert" unless you change it — and ask in their own words: which ski suits an intermediate, whether a lure works for pike, which size to pick when they're between two. The twin answers from your live catalog. It sees the page the shopper is on and what's in their cart, and it shows the products it recommends as cards with an add-to-cart button. When one of your current offers fits what they're buying, it says so, and its checkout link applies the code.
When a shopper asks something about your shop that the twin can't answer, it says so honestly instead of guessing, and the question comes to you. Answer it once and the twin knows from then on. See Teach your twin.
For AI shopping agents
More and more shoppers send an AI assistant to shop for them. The twin gives those agents a way to get real advice instead of guessing from product pages: an "Ask our expert" page on your own domain that any agent can read, and site tools that agents call directly in browsers that support them. What you see
The sqrly app in your Shopify admin shows each week at a glance: how many conversations, what shoppers asked most, what the twin recommended, and what landed in carts. Where it runs
The digital twin runs on Shopify today, with more commerce platforms coming soon. It reads your catalog and stock, never changes anything in your store, and never handles payment — checkout stays Shopify's.
