Assistants sometimes state things about your store with confidence — and get them wrong. Pulse watches for that and tells you.
What we check for
Pulse compares what each assistant says about you against your own site: your hours, your policies, what you sell. When an assistant claims something your site contradicts — 24/7 phone support you don't offer, a return window that isn't yours — that's a confident falsehood reaching every shopper who asks.
When you get alerted
If a scan finds a false claim, Pulse emails you plainly, with the assistant's exact quote and the evidence one click away. This matters more than people expect: we've watched an assistant attribute another company's product line to a store because the names collided. You'd want to know that day.
How to fix a false claim
Every fact-check flag comes with a correction kit: what's wrong, where the assistant most likely read it, paste-ready corrected copy for that page, and the steps to get it recrawled. Usually the fix is on the page the assistant read — make the correct answer clear and unambiguous where it looked.
Mark the fix in your dashboard and the next scan checks whether the claim is gone. One honest caveat: assistants refresh what they know on their own crawl schedules, so we can't promise exactly when a corrected page will change an answer — we just watch for it and tell you when it does.
