The Knowledge page shows what your twin knows — and, just as useful, what it doesn't know yet. Open questions come from real shoppers, so answering them is the fastest way to make your twin better.

Questions shoppers asked

When a shopper asks something about your shop that the twin can't answer from your catalog or knowledge, it tells them honestly that it doesn't know, instead of guessing. The question lands in "Questions shoppers asked" at the top of the Knowledge page, phrased for you, with how often it was asked, when it was last asked and an example of the shopper's words. The most-asked questions come first.

Type your answer the way you'd tell a customer and click "Save answer". The twin uses it from then on, for that question and similar ones. Questions that don't need an answer can be dismissed with "Dismiss".

When questions are waiting, Home shows a banner with "Answer now", and the weekly summary on Home counts them too.

Every entry — your answers, imported notes and accepted web findings — is filed under one of eight topics: Shipping & delivery, Returns & exchanges, Products & sizing, Care & use, Orders & payment, Store & service, About the shop, and Other. Entries are also linked to the products or product types they're about. When a shopper is on a product page, the twin pulls in what's linked to that product.

sqrly files and links new entries on its own. If a topic is wrong, open the entry, click "Edit" and pick another from "Topic".

The knowledge map

The "Knowledge map" draws all of it at once: your shop in the center, topics around it, then your answers, policies, pages, findings from the web, product types and products — and open questions in orange, where your twin is still thin.

  • Drag to move, scroll to zoom, and hover to see connections.
  • Click anything to fly to it and see what it's connected to. On an entry, "Open and edit" takes you to it in the list; on an open question, "Answer this question" takes you to its answer field.
  • Use "Highlight" to bring one kind forward, such as "Open questions" or "From the web".
  • Switch between "2D" and "3D" views.

A cluster of orange around one product type tells you where shoppers need more than your product pages give them.

Tidy up

As your knowledge grows, the same fact can end up in several entries — an imported policy, an answer you wrote, a web finding. Your twin checks for this now and then on its own, and you can run a check any time with "Check for duplicates" in the "Tidy up" card.

When it finds entries that say the same thing, it shows them as a set with a proposed "Merged into one answer" that keeps every fact once. Edit the title and answer if you like, then:

  • "Merge" — the set becomes one entry, saved as your answer. The originals retire: answers you wrote are removed, and imported or web entries are switched off, so a later import doesn't bring them back.
  • "Keep separate" — nothing changes.
